Markowitz: silent on Barclays Center fine for noise, effusive about Game 7 for Nets

Has Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz issued a statement about the bass leaking from the Barclays Center in certain concerts, disturbing people's homes, and requiring an affiliate of developer Forest City Ratner to pay a $3200 fine earlier this week? Nope.

He did, however, issue a statement yesterday about tonight's playoff's game:
